Terms and conditions for Egtved Camping Terms and conditions In the following you will find useful information in connection to the use of booking and online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. Payment All prices stated in the online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. Payment takes place by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in the online booking system. A fee is charged according to Applicable rules from the payment provider. Payment can be made as a payment link when booking via e-mail. Information about trading on the Internet You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. You, as a consumer, are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. You can read more about how you, as a consumer, should deal with online payments on the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk. Shipping and delivery By online booking and payment for a cabin, a place for your own tent or a place for your own caravan, you will receive a confirmation of the ordered product. If you book a place via e-mail, you will also receive a confirmation. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Egtved Camping on the day of arrival and is completed upon departure on the day of departure. Both of these times are stated in the above confirmation. Unused days are not refunded once you have started your holiday and your place cannot be sold on to others during your stay Right of withdrawal and refund You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions: • If canceled earlier than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded with the exception of an administration fee of DKK 500. • If canceled 8-30 days before arrival, half of the price of the stay will be refunded. • If canceled 0-7 days before arrival, nothing will be refunded. • In the event of shortening/returning before the end of the stay, no refund will be made. Complaint processing • Complaints about the booking process and the booking itself must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your confirmation. • In the event of cancellation or changes to your order, this MUST be notified in writing by e-mail post@egtvedcamping.dk. • One year after the stay, the right to complain ceases in accordance with section 83, subsection of the Købelovens §83, stk.1, unless otherwise agreed. Force Majeure If rentals are prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, etc.), Egtved Camping is not liable for compensation for interrupted or incomplete stays. Registration of information Egtved Camping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Egtved Camping keeps the registration for 5 years. Egtvedcamping.dk uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the page. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server. We endeavor to deliver what the guest wants, but reserve the right to change any booking made from a specific place/cabin to a place/cabin of a similar standard, without the booking being considered invalid.
